Kingfisher Class

Welcome to Kingfisher Class! We are a class of Year 3 and 4 children, taught by Mrs Weston (Monday- Wednesday) and Mrs Leveritt (Thursday and Friday) and we are supported by Ms Preedy and Mrs Croucher. If you are in our class we think these are the things you would like to know

We have lots of fun and cover a range of topics. Here are some of the ones we have covered in previous years; Extreme Earth, Rainforests, Romans, Egyptians, Stone Age, Anglo-Saxons and World War 2

We have also enjoyed school trips including: KidZania, and a World War 2 day at Holdenby House.

We have PE every Wednesday, please come in your school PE kit. Please remove all jewellery especially earrings, or cover these with tape in unable to remove them.

Homework tasks will be set on a Thursday (which will be communicated to parents through the school website). These tasks need to be completed by the following Wednesday. We also have a weekly spelling (see the list below) and times table test, so get practising!

Our class also take part in the school’s Carol Concert, Harvest Festival and Easter Service, usually held at our village church. We hope you enjoy being part of Kingfisher Class
